Experimental Video #4: Progress Update

Because of current events, Ellie and I are unable to work directly together. We have decided that the best possible way to tackle this project would be to split up the work.

Ellie: Focus: Building main set and town
                     Developing story
                     Research
         Other:  Music or Soundscape

Kaitlan: Focus:  Character Design
                          Digital animation
                          Research
              Other:  Building bits of set

As we wont be able to directly project the animation on to the set as we are not together, we came up with multiple solutions:
1) Submitting each Section of the work not put together as a concept idea project
2) If we can figure out how, we would take photos of the buildings and then using shots of the animation, we would then digitally layer it on top of the building to show stills of our concept. But we would also submit the animation video
3) Take lots of video shots of the town as if we had projected on it and then figure out how to then digitally layer the animation on to the video (possibly too ambitious, but will still try and learn how).

We would eventually like to actually try and piece this project together once we are able to so we can actually have the final outcome we imagined as this has become a project that we are really enjoying and would really like to develop further if we had the chance.
